This agreement describes the legal relationship between you and PDX Bands.com. Please read it very carefully. By joining PDXBands.com, and/or submitting music to PDXBands.com, you indicate that you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement. Further, by submitting any music or other content to us, you indicate that you agree to be bound by this agreement.

PDX Bands.com Music License Grant.

By indicating that you agree to the terms of this agreement you grant to PDX Bands.com, and by the act of delivering Music Material to us grant to us, a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to: (a) publicly broadcast/perform, publicly display and digitally broadcast/perform the Music Material in whole or in part; (b) make the Music Material available for download; (c) use samples of the Music Material solely for the purpose of demonstrating or promoting our or your products or services; (d) use any trademarks, service marks or trade names incorporated in the Music Material in connection with your material.

Ownership.

By indicating that you agree to the terms of this agreement you do declare to PDXBands.com, and by the act of delivering Music Material to us do declare to us, that you are, or do legally represent, the sole copyright owner of the material you are submitting. You retain ownership of the copyrights and all other rights in your songs, subject to the non-exclusive rights granted to us under this agreement. You are free to grant similar rights to others during and after the term of this agreement.

Termination.

You may terminate this agreement at any time by so notifying us; the agreement will terminate upon our actual receipt of such notice. We may terminate this agreement at any time by so notifying you; the agreement will terminate upon your actual receipt of such notice or three days after we have sent a notice of termination to the contact (either e-mail or phone) which you supply to us. Upon termination, all of our license rights terminate.
